Upgraded Pay

One of our main priorities at USA Truck is upgrading our truck driver pay. With us, you can earn up to .42 cents per mile. Our drivers also receive a variety of extras including:
  • Layover Pay ($75)
  • Detention Pay ($25 to $75)
  • Breakdown Pay ($75)
  • Extra Stop Pay ($30)
  • NYC pay ($100)

Our success as a company depends on how happy and productive you are. Some people say it’s impossible to balance life and work as a truck driver. We want to help you prove them wrong. With us, you get 2 days off for every 14 on the road. You can get up to 5 consecutive days off and your vacation will be paid according to your yearly average. That way, if you need time off, you won’t be counting the hours of missed earning opportunity. Ask about our ‘Bank the Hometime’ program that lets truck drivers build up their miles and earn more, while steadily increasing their eventual hometime.

Miles Upon Miles

With our roster of clients, you can be sure that the flow of freight will be consistent and easy to handle. You’ll be running 99.8% no-touch freight in modern and well-equipped trucks for many popular, household names. We believe that truck drivers and driver managers need to have excellent personal relationships. If they know what you want, they can give you the miles that you need. Safe and efficient drivers can get up to 2,400 to 2,800 miles per week depending on how you manage your time. We want you to know that we appreciate the care you take so we reward productivity and safety. Ask our recruiter if we have a dedicated run in your area. With our dedicated runs, you’ll get consistent miles, learn the rhythms of the route, and earn excellent pay.

Mentoring Programs

Our reputation for mentoring new truck drivers was earned after 30 years of hard work from our entire team. The role of experienced truck drivers in the development of the next generation is huge. We’ve reinvented our mentorship program to give seasoned truck drivers an increase in pay. With our new incentive package, mentors can earn up to an additional 1.5 cents for every safe mile your student drives. That means you can earn up to $1000 a month by becoming a mentor. This way, you’re rewarded for the time and effort you put into the trucking community. With us, you have the opportunity to give back and get paid for it.
