What model trucks do you have?

We have ProStar International, Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth W600.

Do you have APUs? If so, what percentage of trucks have them?

100% of our trucks have APUs or Driver Comfort Technology installed.

Do your trucks have speed governors?

Our trucks are governed at 65 MPH for safety and fuel efficiency.

What percentage of your loads are “no- touch”?

98% of our loads are no-touch, and we hire a lumper for driver unloads.

Do you allow drivers to travel with pets?

Yes! We have a pet policy that allows drivers to bring their pet companions along.

Do you have dedicated runs?

Yes, we have dedicated runs depending on your specific geographic location and our customers’ needs.

What is your home time policy?

Our normal home time plan is to get you home every other week, in order to maximize your earning power. In select cities, you may be able to request weekly home time. Please ask your Recruiter or Driver Manager to explain your options.

Can I use a power inverter?

Power inverters are already installed on all our trucks. We do not allow aftermarket inverters.

How old are your trucks?

Our average fleet age is 30 months old.

Where are your terminals located?

We have service facilities located in Dayton/Tipp City, OH; Laredo, TX; Van Buren, AR; and West Memphis, AR.

Where do I park my truck?

You may park your truck at a USA Truck terminal, an authorized drop yard or another secured location — including your home — with the approval of your Driver Manager.

What are your benefits?

Do you use electronic logs?

Yes, all of our units are equipped with PeopleNet.

What type of trailers do you pull?

We pull 53-foot dry van trailers.

How long is Orientation?

Orientation lasts for 3.5 days, starting Mondays in Van Buren, AR; Vandalia, OH; Atlanta, GA and West Memphis, AR

How do I get to Orientation?

We will provide transportation by bus or you may drive your personal vehicle.

How do I get paid?

You are paid weekly. You may receive your pay via check, direct deposit (loaded onto your Comdata card) or a combination of those methods.

Do you hire teams?

Yes.

Do you hire Owner Operators?

Yes, we welcome independent contractors, fleet owners and lease operators.

What is the average fleet age for tractors?

The average age of a USA Truck tractor is 27 months.
