On top of that, we offer monthly safety and performance bonuses up to 5 cents per mile. We’ve also updated our high value add-up pay like layover, detention, breakdown, extra stop, and NYC pay. All together it makes a great weekly paycheck and we have the miles to run that keep it coming.
Can’t afford the training? We can help. We offer company-sponsored CDL training at some of the nation’s top CDL schools, and then you have a job waiting for you. If you already have your CDL, we offer tuition reimbursement up to $5,000.

Recent CDL grads can be nervous about being away from home. That’s one reason we instituted flexible hometime options for our drivers. We’re a family-friendly company and work-life balance is important to us. Nobody knows your family’s schedule better than you do; so we put you in the driver seat when it comes to deciding your schedule.
You don’t even need to be near your actual home to take your time off, as long as you’re within our network area. It’s your time and you decide where and when to take it.
Our mentors and driver managers are known throughout the industry for shaping the country’s best new truck drivers. We can help applicants interested in earning their CDL license.
You can attend a truck driving school of your choice and have up to $5,000 of your tuition reimbursed. Or, depending on where you live, you can attend a USA Truck sponsored school and have your tuition paid for you. After you receive your Class A CDL, we’ll give you one of the best pay packages for new truck drivers in the industry. Get fired up for a career with USA Truck. It begins with you.
