Our holiday pay is one of the many benefits drivers love about working for USA Truck. Any driver who works on one of our seven designated holidays earns an additional $100 pay -- a great way to add to your income!

Our paid holidays include:

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Of course, paid holidays are just one of the amazing perks of being a USA Truck driver. Our drivers are our top priority, which is why our benefits also include personal and bereavement leave. We care about the health and wellbeing of every member of our team and we realize the importance of being able to take some time off when you need it most.

Our personal leave policy allows full-time drivers to take one unpaid personal leave of absence per year. The personal leave cannot exceed 30 calendar days and is available to drivers beginning one year from their hire date. Employees who have been with USA Truck for at least a year are also eligible for our bereavement leave. This allows you to take up to three days of paid bereavement leave due to the death of an immediate family member.
