Drivers with at least six months of verifiable experience can start at up to $0.425 per mile depending on location. Our regional drivers enjoy our new productivity pay rates, a 20-year regional pay schedule with annual increases, loyalty bonus and a monthly fuel/idle bonus. Dedicated drivers

Transitioning military

Team drivers
Our teams average up to 6,500 miles and 1.5 days of home time each week. Experienced team drivers can earn $200,000+ annually with at least 12 months of verifiable experience. Teams can add even more to their pockets with our newly increased productivity pay rates. You’ll also enjoy 95% no-touch freight, drop and hook with next pre-plan dispatches, and a team division leader that works to ensure you’ll get your miles.

Recent graduates
Are you a new graduate of truck driving school? Recent CDL-A grads can make up to $0.425 per mile during their first year at USA Truck. Plus, you’ll be eligible for our productivity pay as well as the usual USA Truck benefits including our driver referral bonus and employee stock ownership plan.

Lease purchase drivers
Let us hep you start your own truck driving business! Our new, low-cost lease purchase program includes $1,500 in down payment assistance, increased pay packages, self-dispatch with our load boards, performance and referral bonuses, and discounts on fuel.
