At USA Truck (USAT), we’re proud to offer drivers a variety of job opportunities, which allows you to pick the one that best suits your home time and income needs. One of these great opportunities is in our shuttle driver division - and the good news is, we’re hiring now!

As a shuttle driver, you’ll enjoy a regular, consistent schedule with daily home time. Depending on location, pay starts between $0.48 and $0.52 per mile with per diems of $0.3575 to $0.3975 (taxable) and $0.10 (non-taxable) and increases based on your experience at the time of hire and your hiring region. USAT shuttle drivers are also eligible for our monthly fuel incentive. This bonus earns you an additional $0.01 per mile for achieving your monthly idle and fuel goals.

We are currently hiring shuttle drivers in a variety of locations including: Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Carlisle, PA; Dayton, OH; Chicago, IL; West Memphis, AR; Charlotte, NC; Kansas City, Mo; Chicago, Il; and Dallas and Laredo, TX. To work as a shuttle driver at USAT, applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, have at least 12 months of experience in the last 36 months, and no more than five jobs held in the last three years.
