Team truck driver pay
We’re proud to be a 2019 Top Pay Certified Carrier and we make it simple: Drive more, earn more. We pay $0.55 CPM at 12 months’ experience with Productivity Pay adding up to $0.07 CPM to the truck weekly (no qualifiers/not a bonus). Plus, experienced truck driver teams can earn an additional $0.01 CPM for achieving monthly idle and fuel goals and $0.03 CPM per loaded mile for Hazmat Placarded loads. There is also potential accessorial pay for detention, layover, hand load/unload freight. We also have a number of extra pay opportunities with our loyalty bonus, fuel/idle bonus, productivity pay, and our $5,000 team driver referral bonus.

Miles and freight
As a USA Truck team driver, you’ll receive up to 6,500 miles per week, splitting the pay on ALL MILES. Our freight is 95% no-touch and drop-and-hook with next pre-plan dispatches.

Home time
We know having predictable home time is important, even if you love life on the road. Home time for team drivers is 1.5 days per week – with a maximum 10 days off in a row.

The truck is your driving team’s home away from home so USA Truck makes sure you’re in safe, reliable equipment with the latest technology. Our fleet averages 2.5 years old and consists of Kenworth, Freightliner, and International trucks. The trucks are also equipped with a 1500-watt to 1800-watt invertor. For our Van Truckload Teams, 100% of those trucks have automatic transmissions. We also provide for Mobile Tablet-Based Communications with the latest in-truck technology including electronic logging, GPS navigation and more.
