USA Truck visits Ft. Hood, Tx., to speak to military personnel about veteran program

USA Truck (USAT) veteran program manager Carroll Davidson visited Ft. Hood, Tx., to attend its career summit last month. Davidson spoke to transitioning military personnel as well as veterans about positions specifically for them at USAT.

This was a great opportunity to share details of USAT’s commitment to recruit and support current and former military personnel. “Over 20% of our employees are veterans and we work with CDL-A truck drivers who are part of the National Guard and Reserve so you can continue to fulfill your commitments,” said Davidson.

USAT also visited other bases along with Veterans Affairs facilities and homeless shelters to work with veterans. We received positive feedback and were honored to provide options for those seeking opportunities.
