USA Truck asks drivers to share their reasons for staying with us!

Last month, USA Truck's Dedicated Operations team started an initiative to get to know our dedicated truck drivers better and gain insight into their reasons for staying on board with us. Here are how they answered the question, “Why are you here?”

Brian 

USA Truck took him on straight out of driving school, which he greatly appreciates. In past jobs, Brian says he spent a lot of time on the road and always admired the USA Truck name and logo because he felt it is very patriotic.

Jerry

Jerry stated he is still with USA Truck because he knows no matter what issue he has, he can depend on our team to address it immediately. He said the money is good but personal support is why he is here. Jerry values the commitment that we have shown to him and our other drivers.

Rick R.

Rick says USA Truck took a chance on him as a student driver has always treated him well here. He also appreciates our safety culture and that we take safety so seriously. When drivers don’t feel safe for some reason, Rick says USA Truck gives them the freedom to shut down for safety.

Melody B.

Loves USA because of what we stand for! Melody is very patriotic and USA truck aligns with those values for her. She also appreciates the team environment.

Jeffery D.

While Jeffrey appreciates his earnings at USA Truck, he says he stays with us because he gets the flexibility to set his own schedule. For Jeffrey, the ability to have a healthy work-life balance and daily home allows him to enjoy his life.
