Instead of having a traditional load planner assign your freight, you'll have access to USA Truck's available loads and the ability to request freight based on your preferred lanes, available hours, home time needs, and schedule.

CDL-A Company Load Board Driver Pay & Benefits
Earn $0.53 to $0.63 CPM based on experience
Additional $0.05 CPM mileage bonus, paid quarterly
Average 3,000 miles per week
Potential weekly home time when meeting mileage requirements and living in an eligible market
No forced dispatch! Choose your loads from available freight
100% no-touch freight
Approximately two-thirds of loads are preloaded and/or drop and hook at delivery
$16 per hour detention pay after 2 hours
$25 short haul pay plus mileage pay for loads under 100 miles
$30 for each additional billable stop
$75 per day breakdown pay
Additional CPM for qualifying hazmat loads
$100 additional holiday pay when working an observed holiday
Optional per diem
Rider and pet programs available with approval
